Tasks:
- Manage the relationship with the company’s business partners to achieve common objectives
- Be responsible for the commercial policy’s implementation
- Monitor and evaluate partners and sales agents based on the company’s qualitative and quantitative goals
- Visit partners on a daily basis and oversee business activity
- Contribute in the coordination and evaluation of the sales teams in order to raise their performance
- Train partners and sales agents in business portfolio and in sales techniques
- Monitor competition in area of responsibility
- Provide on-going sales analysis and reports
Requirements:
- BSc degree from AEI or TEI
- 2 or more years of work experience in a similar role will be considered a strong asset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent IT skills
- Client-oriented with ability to quickly understand “new” ways of working as well as to propose fresh ideas in order to improve the current procedures
- Adaptive, team spirit, good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Wind products and the competition as well as the current trends in Telecommunications
