Responsibilities
- Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures
- Provide analysis and actionable insights on customer lifecycle and in-life marketing/CRM campaigns
- Conduct primary research, using CRM and other enterprise data, to investigate the relationships among our activities and our results in order to uncover opportunities and inefficiencies.
- Analyze and recommend appropriate actions or initiatives as applicable.
- Perform analyses on retention up-sell activities, on site-bonus performance, enhanced odds offerings, pre-post campaign analysis
- Provide robust insight led recommendations for audience targeting and selection for new and existing campaigns
- Assessment of CRM programs, club communications and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability
- Develop/Create and edit CRM Dashboards
- Key stakeholder in data development projects for CRM, providing a bridge between the data team and CRM so requirements and deliverables are fully comprehended
- Identify different customers’ profiles to reduce attrition rate and improve retention and reactivation
- Perform in-depth analysis of CRM user issues to determine causes and solutions
- Ownership of CRM/Marketing management software tool in response to various initiatives
- Support local, regional and international CRM projects
- Recommend and Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on regular basis in collaboration with department managers
- Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department (BI & Analytics)
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, economics or operations research.
- 3+ years of related Analytics experience with Commercial/CRM, Sales/Digital marketing
- Strong SQL Server Reporting, Analysis Services, relational database knowledge, data manipulation, analytical and advanced Excel skills(VBA, macros, V-lookups)
- Highly numerate, passionate about data and insights with a good knowledge of statistics
- Experience working with high volume, high dimensional data (cleansing, manipulating, analyzing)
- Knowledge in forecast reporting, data visualization, data mining
- Experience working with campaign selection and campaign response data. This will require you to be proficient in at least one analytical language/Tool (e.g. SQL/R).
- Experience of Experimental test design (A/B split, multivariate testing)
- Excellent communication skills in order to present your findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to a non-technical audience
- Experience and/or interest on Sports and Casino games is an asset
- Experience with loyalty programs is beneficial, but not essential
