Axel Accessories is a leading design and trading company of private label women’s & girls fashion handbags, apparel and accessories based in Europe with owned branded shops and customers across Europe and throughout the world.
The company is currently seeking to hire, for its Thessaloniki Headquarters, an experienced New Business Development Manager.
Candidate Profile:
- BSc & Masters Degree in Business or related filed
- Mandatory previous experience of at least 10 years in a similar position at a large well structured company in the apparel, accessories & footwear retail sector
- Proficient in Greek & English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & in particular excel
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably ENTERSOFT)
- Able to organize, plan, set priorities and achieve all respective goals within the preset deadlines
- Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills
Indicative main responsibilities:
- Market monitoring, continuous assessment of the environment & initiation of proposals for potential new partnerships with purpose being the continuous development of the company activities and the increase of profits
- Verify & ensure the efficiency of operations by analyzing and interpreting performance data by activity and area /country
- Design and implement market research (Greece and abroad), with the aim of formulating a growth strategy
- Negotiate with prospective partners for the conclusion of profitable cooperation agreements
- Follow up on contract provisions, ensure compliance of contract terms and conditions and manage all contract renewals & addendums
