We are looking for an exceptional & self-starter Account Director to join our Client Service Team.
The ideal candidate reports to Client Service Director & manages major national and international clients, focusing in the areas of Loyalty Marketing & Customer Relationship Management.
- Developing and implementing Loyalty Marketing & CRM Campaigns and Programs from strategic planning & conceptualization through to budgeting & final evaluation
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of acquisition, retention, conversion strategies, segmentation as well as campaign ROI
- Delivering projects within the established line of time and demonstrating the ability to consistently achieve high client service standards
- Stay abreast of industry trends, business opportunities and best practices
- Oversee project activities on a day to day basis to ensure flawless and on time completion of tasks
- Strong knowledge of the online & offline media
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor΄s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. A double
- Degree or MBA would be highly regarded.
- Excellent Command of Greek & English language, both verbal and written
- 10+ years solid background in Marketing and Loyalty Marketing & CRM (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of account management skills and handling important national & international clients
- Expertise in customer segment marketing, aligning targeting, message & program development/execution to drive growth
- Strong working understanding of the performance marketing industry and supporting technologies
