The Brand Specialist is responsible for executing all communication projects relating to OPAP Brand initiatives (i.e. corporate social responsibility, sponsorship, credibility etc.) aiming to develop and enrich customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develops and designs the strategic brand initiative plans under the guidance of ATL Team Head always taking in consideration the challenges of the regulated communication environment
- Implements the above plans focusing on OPAP brand communication strategy
- Collaborates with all Communication Teams to develop and launch the appropriate OPAP brand campaigns designing from scratch and also aligns with all related parties across the company to ensure consistency across brand assets
- Briefs and follows up with the communication agency to secure the campaign’s delivery within the agreed time frame
- Closely monitors brand communication budget and relevant KPIs as well ensuring that the goals are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field. Also a Postgraduate Degree will be preferable
- 5+ years of recent experience in brand building/campaign development
- Excellent communication and presentations skills both in Greek and English languages
- Proficient user of MS office
- Proven track record in developing and launching campaigns in large scale projects
- Customer excellence with commitment to quality
- A strategic out-of-the box thinking combined with a results-oriented and ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to dynamically changing requirements and demands
- Ability to work effectively under strict timeframes to meet objectives
- A genuine team player that works efficiently both on its own and within a team
