The candidate will work in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. Responsibilities

  • Being involved in sales and support to deliver maximum revenue potential, and where appropriate, maintaining contact with client organizations
  • Generate sales opportunities, and manage complex sales cycles
  • Assemble, prepare, and manage the resources required to demonstrate product’s value
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
  • Document and report own account and personal progress
  • Identifying potential clients and building and maintaining contacts
  • Meeting with clients to determine requirements
  • Working with clients to define the scope of a project
  • Planning timescales and the resources needed
  • Clarifying a client’s system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business
  • Liaising with staff at all levels of a client organization
  • Defining software, hardware and network requirements
  • Analyzing requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice
  • Presenting solutions in written or oral reports
  • Helping clients with change-management activities
  • Designing, testing, installing and monitoring new systems
  • Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers
  • Organizing training for users and other consultants

Qualifications

  • Strong communications and presentations skills
  • Inventiveness, creativity, attention to detail
  • Team spirited, and eager to learn.
  • 3 years consulting experience targeting Life Science organizations
  • Degree on information systems or related field
  • SalesForce.com or similar platform knowledge and experience
  • 5 years’ experience with proven track record in enterprise software solution sales & consulting, targeting multi-national organizations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated with can-do attitude
  • Excellent command of English language (French or German would be a plus)
  • Proficient in verbal and written communications
  • BSc or higher degree from acclaimed universities
  • Flexibility to travel across Europe
  • PMP would be a plus
