We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager, to lead Pockee customers growth and value creation, as well as new business development.

As a Customer Success Manager at Pockee you will deal with the largest FMCG companies in Greece, like P&G, Unilever, Coca Cola, Nestle, Kellogg’s and many more, working hand in hand with brand managers and business owners to help them grow their business profitably.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Identify ways to create value for our FMCG partners, through innovative promotional activities, data insights, and solid reporting
  • Constantly grow the brand portfolio of Pockee, offering more shopping options to our consumer database
  • Create custom analytics reports to serve the growing needs of our customers
  • Analyse, propose and execute the best campaigns around grocery promotions
  • Participate in Pockee product features planning, providing the business perspective
  • Participate in the development of a brand intelligence platform that serves as a real-time CRM for our partners

Qualifications

You are the right fit for this job if you have:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in account management and/or trade marketing positions
  • Passion for advanced data analysis and insights extraction
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
