Responsibilities
- Identify and execute appropriate analytic procedures to resolve problems (Data mining through IBM SPSS Modeler software)
- Create and maintain statistical models and design actionable plans based on these findings
- Design and implement Upsell/ Cross-Sell / Retention Campaigns – Generate campaign lists
- Identify and analyse key issues through research and improve existing processes
- Monitor KPIs, support project needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality
- Create and update commercial reports
- Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams
Qualifications & Skills
- BSc degree in Statistics or other related discipline. MSc in Statistics or Applied Statistics will be considered a strong asset
- 4 or more years’ experience in a relevant position
- Excellent knowledge of IBM SPSS Modeler or SAS or R programming or other statistical package and data mining tool
- Knowledge of SQL would be considered a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel, is essential
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Excellent command of the English language
