Responsibilities
- Monitor and control P&L of Business Segment
- Design and monitor offering across all stages of customers lifecycle (i.e acquisition , renewal )
- Design, implement and monitor Upsell/ Cross-Sell / Retention Campaigns
- Identify and analyze key issues through research and improve existing processes
- Monitor KPIs related with the profitability of functions or product lines and propose corrective actions and adjustments
- Support project needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality
- Create and update commercial reports
- Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams in commercial , finance or other
Qualifications & Skills
- BSc degree in Statistics, Finance or other related discipline. (MSc in Statistics, Applied Statistics or Actuarial Science will be considered a strong asset)
- 4 or more years’ experience in a relevant position (e.g. Finance or Commercial Control) most preferably in TELCO
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel, is essential
- People management
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Knowledge of SPSS Modeller or SAS or other statistical package and data mining tool could be considered a strong plus
- Familiarity with other databases will be considered a plus
