Karma Group is an award winning international Lifestyle, Leisure and Entertainment Group. As part of an aggressive sales and marketing growth strategy we are now looking to recruit Dialler & Data Manager for our Holiday Travel Services Team based in Athens.
Requirements
- Work with supplier of our dialler software to ensure complete optimisation of dialler function as well as best use of data provided
- Deliver effective dialling strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound sales campaigns
- To provide accurate dialler analysis and MI, making recommendations for optimising KPIs and enhancing campaign success
- Ensure that this MI is accurate and timely – and is understood by all stakeholders
- Advising senior management on best strategies to maximise use of the dialler and lists available
- Liaise with colleagues in IT to ensure correct selection of key data and creation of dialling lists for outbound campaigns
- Analyze the quality and quantity of leads available to us across campaigns, planning monthly calling patterns appropriately
- To deliver effective dialling strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound sales campaigns
- Optimise resource and KPI achievement through monitoring and managing real-time adherence
- To drive increased sales levels and productivity through use of the dialler system and associated tools and software
- Identify possible needs for improvement in processes, learning and systems and refer them to senior management
- Be the key contact and liaison point for the supplier of our dialler technology
- Build professional relationships with peers, colleagues and internal customers across the entire business to deliver and exceed targets – both personal and team
