We are looking for a passionate, creative and strategic-minded Digital Account Manager, who loves numbers and will ensure the long-term success of existing and new business clients. A client-first mindset and a teamwork attitude is highly important.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing digital marketing strategies
- Developing customer relationship and high level communication
- Responsible for planning campaigns and social activations
- Being Responsible for and monitoring the clients’ budget and cost estimates (POs)
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitors’ data.
- Monitoring effective benchmarks (best practices) and analytics for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
- Identifying trends and insights, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Creating and implementing online innovative ideas
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing /Account Management/Social Media environment/Community Management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Adequate writing skills – a background in advertising and experience in copywriting would be considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills in Greek (native language) and English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
