Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Digital Manager for our offices in Maroussi.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Manager, you are a high potential individual having a thorough knowledge in investigating new ways for promoting and communicating the divisional operations and achievements ensuring at the same time that the company’s operations and image are represented positively and accurately to the media, financial community, general public and other centers of influence.
More particularly:
- Create and implement Yearly Digital marketing plans for Company’s Brands
- Propose innovative ideas for e-mail marketing & digital communication campaigns and usage of alternative platforms in order to reach the consumer.
- Propose, implement and follow up ideas for:
- Building Brand awareness
- Increase product sell out
- Create in cooperation with marketing team digital campaigns for e pharmacy shops and follow up implementation and results.
- Support the content of Company’s social media and alternative CRM platforms based on marketing strategic directions per brand, and daily handling of brands’ social media.
- Perform monthly reports to evaluate results.
- Follow and report competitive actions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should:
- Have BA in marketing
- Diploma and advanced education in digital marketing is essential
- Excellent knowledge of English
- 2-3 years in similar position (i.e. in Pharmaceutical Industry),
- Proven working experience in digital marketing preferably in cosmetics or consumer products
- Solid knowledge of social media
- Very good command of SEO/SEM/ CRM practices and web analytics
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team spirit approach
- Self-motivated person focused on results
