Optimal HR Group is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive for its Athens offices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2- 3 years of relevant experience, successfully managing the ever changing digital channels preferably in the hotel industry.
Responsibilities
- Implement holistic communication strategies that meet clients’ overall business objectives
- Hands on experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics
- Day-to-day optimization activities in Paid Social, Premium Display Campaigns, YouTube and GDN
- Budget and KPI’s forecasting across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, AdWords and other online media
- Experience with SEO and SEM / basic HTML / online Analytics / online campaigns / CRM marketing programs
- Ensure campaigns and programs are fully integrated into customers’ online platforms, tracking their effectiveness and recommending course changes as required.
- Media Planning, campaign level amp; annual plans and execution of digital advertising strategies for new projects
- Ad copywriting, AB testing and optimization
- Analyze, monitor, and communicate campaign performance and test results to marketing team leaders and senior management
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports and track changes to ensure campaigns are staying within established key performance metrics and budget
- Preparation, input and presentations at pitches
- Billing and understanding of traffic
- Ability to work with 3rd parties, agencies, marketing and finance team members (content, social, accounting, creative agencies, etc.)
knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate marketing and remarketing are essential assets for ecommerce campaigns - Understanding of Programmatic Buying will be considered an asset
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree on relevant field. A Masters’ Degree will be considered an asset
- Proven track record in Hotel Industry
- Proficient in English
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Google Certificates will be considered a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Emphasis on detail
