Carky is a fast growing start-up in the mobility space and is looking for a well-rounded and experienced HR Director to handle all recruitment, training and development of staff across the various departments of the company.
The ideal candidate should have experience in all stages of recruitment, training and development and a keen eye for spotting talent. You will be responsible for structuring an implementing HR policies including complex bonus structures, compensation and evaluation programs, as well as handle HR duties like creating job ads, sourcing quality candidates using a variety of tools and channels, conducting interviews and leading the onboarding and development process for new hires.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 Year experience in HR or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Experience in recruitment across a wide range of specialties and sectors
- Sector expertise in Travel/Tourism a plus
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
