We are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Specialist for the head offices in Athens, Greece
Responsibilities
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Taking all necessary steps in order to select and recruit employees to fill vacant positions.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards Company goals.
- Assess training needs and design appropriate training programs to fulfil business objectives.
- Designs and reviews performance management system to evaluate the performance of the employees.
Qualifications
- BSc in Business Administration-Human Resources
- MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered as an asset
- Proven working experience 3-4 years in an HR department of a company
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Customer orientation
- Self-direction and motivation
- Excellent active listening, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
