The goal of the Industry Solution Executive (ISE) is to drive our clients’ Digital Transformation, based on a deep understanding of their industry and its drivers. Furthermore, the Industry Solution Executive will utilize their established industry knowledge, experience and expertise to identify and generate sales of Microsoft solutions. As a seasoned and senior individual the ISE will add further credibility to Microsoft’s deep understanding of industry issues, context, and challenges.

- Work with account teams to increase the sales of Microsoft solutions based on an understanding of industry imperatives.
- Deliver an industry aligned solution sales plan with the local subsidiaries.
- Lead solution sales execution.
- Contribute to the account teams’ strategic account plan (SAP).
- Form an industry virtual team and drive industry specific education internally.
- Create and maintain a list of solution providers specific to their industry.
- 10+ years of industry experience. Either:
- Solution sales.
- Working in the industry.
- Business development skills.
- Market development skills.
- Strong communication skills.
