Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) Management Consultants are responsible helping CMT organizations transition to digital world, to maximize growth and improve business performance.
CMT Management Consultants, are primarily focused on the strategy, structure, management and operations of a CMT organization. They identify options for the organization and suggest recommendations for change, as well as they are advising on the deployment of Accenture’s solutions in order to maximize clients’ capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions
- Translating data into meaningful insights
- Presenting findings and recommendations to key decision makers
- Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
- Managing projects and programs
- Leading and managing those within the team, including analysts
- Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
- Carrying out research and data collection to understand the organization, industry and macro-environments
- Interviewing the client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders
- Running focus groups and facilitating workshops
- Preparing business proposals and presentations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong academic background; MBA from a top Business School will be considered as a strong plus
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience at a multinational professional services firm or a proven track record in a leading CMT industry organization
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Diversified functional skills and CMT industry experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Deadline driven, organized and able to multi-task
- Experience in executing projects on an end-to-end basis in an independent manner
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
