Pepsico is looking for an Operations Business Planning Analyst.
Responsibilities
The position holder will be responsible for:
- Preparing and monitoring the annual budget of the company (AOP / FCST) associated with DC, MOH, Logistics
- Comparing and explaining any differences between the AOP / FCST and the actual results
- Monitor and perform the procedure related to CAPEX (AOP / FCST) and company productivity (AOP / FCST)
- Execute company’s P&L scenarios identifying key drivers of change in profitability
- Undertake and perform additional analysis on new projects identifying risks / opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required (in Finance preferably)
- 2-3 years of finance analyst experience
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
- Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Results oriented with the ability to organize assignments on a timely manner
- Team player
