Coca Cola is seeking to recruit a Press & Social Media Specialist being responsible for implementation of corporate & brand communications strategy. The position involves assuming a leading role in concerting company’s media and press relations efforts, as well as digital and social media performance. Working together with external experts and peers, the role uses excellent written and oral communication skills, experience and understanding of the media and social media worlds to increase effectiveness and impact.
Responsibilities
- Leads implementation of PR plans and strategies in GR & CY
- Builds and executes Digital and social media strategy & spending
- Operates as main point of contact for day to day operation among external agencies
- Manages the GR & CY website, Facebook as well as other corporate social media assets
- Writes & edits press releases, articles & interviews, social media posts, speeches, website articles and another PR copy
- Ensures accurate and on time responses to Media and Social Media queries
- Plans and implements media relations events
- Supervises daily publicity monitoring & reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in corporate communications, project management, execution of PR campaigns and social media: Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in similar position
- Strong verbal and written communication; Excellent writing and editing, presentation and communication skills
- Solid understanding of media & social media landscape, as well as social analytics tools
- Positive attitude, results oriented with advanced multitasking, organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Native with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.)
- PC literacy
- University Degree, preferably in Communication or any other related discipline
- Post-graduate Degree in related discipline is considered as an asset
