INTRALOT would like to employ a Product Solution Manager

Responsibilities

  • Turning business opportunities into product solutions based on the technology, customer requirements, market segmentation, competitive offerings, market research and time to market
  • Providing executive management with guidance to target untapped market potential, expansion of existing markets or market growth
  • Support the sales team with technical knowledge as required, including giving demonstrations and assisting on RFP responses
  • Assisting product managers creating business opportunity driven product solution vision scopes
  • Engaging in conversations with customers, partners and sales executives in order to pinpoint market requirements, expectations and communication
  • Work in cross-functional internal teams (engineering, quality assurance, ops, product and project management) to develop new solutions
  • Understand content and coordinate content conversions
  • Potentially present product capabilities and solutions to internal teams and prospect

Qualifications & Skills

  • BA/BS in ΙΤ/Technology or equivalent with very good understanding technical products and solutions
  • 3+ years of experience within product & project management, technical pre-sales, or business development
  • Very good writing skills in English providing support to RFP responses
  • Ability to effectively collect and analyze market input from various internal and external resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation- influencing skills and ability to conduct business meetings and presentations
  • Ability to work across functions and provide leadership of ideas
  • High motivation with a strong desire to expand the company’s business opportunity and to grow revenue
  • Creativity and capacity to blend industry needs with business strategy to develop new and existing business opportunities
