As Recruitment Responsible you create and deliver the strategy for the successful development of Recruitment within the sales market. On top, as a L&D Responsible, your primary focus will be to develop our employees’ learning competencies and to secure a strong pipeline of talents. You support the development, delivery and ongoing evaluation of people development programs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure H&M’s global and local recruitment practices and tools are implemented effectively across all Functions
- Consistently forecast to assess all recruitment needs
- Secure a quality recruitment process
- Ensure and follow up Area sourcing activities
- Assure screening routines
- Apply and secure qualitative assessment tools for internal and external candidates
- Follow up on collecting facts Budget, Goals & KPI’s, Resources and Activities
- Set high standards as a support function to all Areas and Central departments
- Strategically develop Employer Branding both internally & externally
- Manage and organize training programs/activities
- Work closely with HR (both local and global) and business partners in implementing people development programs
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and application of L&D programs and compile relevant analysis reports to Country and HRM
- Prepare training materials and ensure that training resources are up to date
- Act as a Super user for the H&M΄s Training Platform (GROW Platform)
- Provide administrative activities such as training reports from GROW and train others in GROW as requested
- Ensure the qualitative and quantitative organization of trainers
- Ensure the development of all employees through personal annual performance assessments and feedbacks from their managers
- Plan and secure the future needs in managers

- Analytical and reflective skills to define strategies as well as the ability to set and follow short and long terms goals

- Excellent presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and coaching skills
- Professional education in either/or Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
