SQLearn is looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. You will plan, create and execute sales campaigns and initiatives for a range of products and services related to e-learning.
Responsibilities
- Business Development. Find new opportunities and markets to develop e-learning courses. This includes private corporations or e-learning solutions for specific industries. Must have a proven track record of success for finding new opportunities that result in immediate revenue and profits for the company.
- E-Learning Sales. Sell e-learning services and products to private companies, mainly SQLearn’s Learning Management System (LMS), ready courses and custom elearning courses development services. Must have a proven track record of success for finding sales opportunities and successfully closing new deals that result in immediate revenue and profits for the company. Having contacts in the e-learning industry that you have previously developed business relationships with would be a strong advantage,
- Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly sales reports and forecast,
- Conduct strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and usage trends,
- Make business objectives by identifying products and pricing that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. Candidates with degrees in marketing or finance fields will be preferred,
- Minimum 3 years experience at a small to mid-size professional services organization,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Able to work in a team and also motivate others,
- Understand/know basic technical functions and must be proficient in the use of PCs.
