Main Tasks:
- Deliver and facilitate front line Wind Store and Commercial employees’ training
- Provide on the job coaching and e-learning for supporting sales performance
- Assist in the design and in the implementation of the Wind Stores induction program for new employees
- Create training aids such as training handbooks, job aids, presentations, questionnaires
- Administer training surveys and conduct evaluations on all training programs and projects, as well as monitor and report the effectiveness of each training group of employees
- Identify employee sales performance gaps and conduct assessments to uncover development needs
- Evaluate on-going sales training programs to determine if skills and job knowledge have been achieved and successfully implemented/maintained in the Wind Stores
- Act as a Business Partner between Commercial Training and other Commercial Departments
Requirements
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales or other related discipline
- 4 or more years work experience in a similar role with at least 2 of them as a Store Manager Supervisor
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent skills in presenting, communicating, inspiring
- Good organization and time management skills
- Analytical skills
- Conscientious, self-motivated
Relevant experience in Telecommunications or Retail industry will be considered an asset
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
