Responsibilities
- Run autonomously recruitment process for high level IT positions
- Attract and follow up with the candidates
- Create pipeline with ideal candidates
- Manage candidate’s experience
- Conduct phone interviews
- Arrange and participate in interviews
- Keep strong relationships with clients
- Support and participate in company’s career events (Career Days, Developers Day, Coding School)
Qualifications & Skills
If you have
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in recruitment process
- At least 2 years of experience in IT positions recruitment
- Great understanding of technology stacks and ability to perform in high level technical interview processes
- Holding a BSc or an MSc in HR, in Engineering or Business industry
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Positive mindset and a will-do attitude
