We are looking to hire a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to craft and promote unique, fun and engaging content across our platforms. The selected person will have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing and enjoy being creative.
Responsibilities
The job will include the following:
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and newsletter
- Create shareable content, mostly in Greek, often related to trivia knowledge that educates or entertains; Work alongside other content producers across Quizdom offices
- Develop a comprehensive editorial calendar, based on brand objectives and needs
- Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audience
- Manage and build email campaigns, including design templates and calls-to-action
- Analyze user-behavior like past email engagement and website interactions
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar full-time role
- Excellent writing skills
- Great creative thinker; comes up with many new ideas
- Proactive and positive can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Strong English skills (at least at the level of Proficiency)
Considered a plus
- Very strong English skills (e.g. by having lived in an English-speaking country)
- Very strong German skills (e.g. by having lived in a German-speaking country)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
- Experience in mobile app market
- Practical experience with email marketing, data analysis, A-B tests, blogging, Adobe Photoshop or related fields
