INTRALOT would like to employ a Sports Betting Trader:
Responsibilities
- Pregame and live betting monitoring risk and updating odds for multiple sports and betting environments
- Odds compilation for a variety of sports
- Understanding, evaluating and applying betting trends and risk management techniques
- Statistical data analysis, evaluation and reporting
- Updating the betting management system with events’ data
- Understanding and applying all trading procedures
- Settling results for all sport events
- Work on rotating shifts following the global sports calendar (24-7-365)
Qualifications & Skills
- University or College Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Related working experience in Sports Betting Trading Room will be highly appreciated
- Deep understanding and familiarity with the sports betting business (bookmakers, markets, rules, betting trends)
- Solid knowledge of most major professional sports. Expertise in sports,any other sport apart from football and basketball, will be considered a plus
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with ability to act accurately under pressure
- Computer literacy with in depth knowledge of MS Office
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a team environment and flexible hours (shifts, weekends)
- Completed military obligations for male candidates
