Responsibilities
- Attracting best candidates, with technical & cultural fit, for the right position
- Focusing on talent acquisition/management: sourcing, headhunting, recruiting, hiring, staffing, onboarding, development
- Working among different HR functions that have to do mainly with recruiting, career development and succession planning
- Participating also actively into other pure HR projects
- Maintaining excellent familiarity with Technology
- Planning and organizing talent sourcing events e.g. career days, training schools, technology workshops, internships/graduates programs,assessment centres
- Contributing on employment branding strategy: best workplace, tech community, academic organizations, CSR, social professional networks
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor Degree e.g. Business Management, Economics, Marketing & Communications, Information Technology
- Master Degree in Human Resources’ Management is necessary
- Approx. 3+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in headhunting/recruiting/consulting/evolving/high-tech firms
- Having worked in intensive HR projects, among different industries focusing on recruiting, talent acquisition/management, employment branding
- Excellent organizational, communication and social skills
- Project management approach & perspective
- Responsive and keen on organizational changes
- Able to work autonomously, take initiative and make decisions/proposals
- Business & Customer Service oriented
- Team player & helpful
