The Talent Management HR Officer will be joining the Assessment and Development Functional Area of the Human Resources Division of Alpha Bank which is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Management and Development as well as for Performance Management activities.
The Human Resources Division is committed to providing the highest quality of customer service to Employees, to the Management and to related third parties. The main responsibility of the Assessment and Development Functional Area is to provide Employees with comprehensive and supportive programmes based on integrity and sound management principles.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, trustworthy, team-player, outgoing and well-organised, as he/she must deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. He/She should also exhibit advanced analytical, synthetic and forward-thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the Development Centres and prompt delivery of the required results (in terms of scope and quality) in all the required levels of stakeholders
- Production of individual development reports and participation in feedback sessions
- Data analysis and synthesis of results as well as extraction of insights for further HR initiatives
- Drafting of reports and presentations
- Evaluation of the Development Centres’ services and tools provided by third parties
- Monitoring of the global market and competition for the identification of industry trends and best practice
- Active participation in other activities of the Assessment and Development Functional Area such as recruiting, performance management etc.
Qualifications & Skills
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Organisational Psychology or an MBA with a focus on Management or Human Resources Management
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a subject matter expert in administering Talent Assessment and Selection tools from a position either in Professional
- Services (HR Consulting) or associated with Development and/or Assessment Centres
- Familiarity with structured competency-based interviews and other talent acquisition methods
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both spoken and written)
- Advanced use of the MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
