Job Description
- Handling and analyzing Market Shares Data
- BTL communication projects. Have the ability to deal with agencies and complete BTL projects.
- Gather and analyze data, and develop fact-based recommendations
- Perform periodical category analysis demonstrating a deep understanding of Henkel & competitive brand performance
- Work closely with Sales & TM to develop winning strategies and sell-in stories for retailers
- Trade Marketing budget , creating POs, monthly tracking and monitoring
- Category Management Projects
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field
- Two (2) – three (3) years relevant experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- PC-literate (MS-Office applications)
- Planning & Target setting
- Media experience
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management
- Knowledge of category (major competitors, target users, industry trends)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Advance analytical and numerical skills (P&L, data analysis etc.)
