Responsibilities
- Planning & delivering Consumer Relationship Marketing campaigns from strategy & conceptualization through to analysis & budgeting
- Encouraging customer retention & customer loyalty through a variety of media
- Ability to develop & implement CRM plans for national & international clients
Qualifications & Skills
Education Requirements
- University Degree in Marketing
- A Postgraduate Degree is prerequisite
- Excellent command of Greek and English language (written and verbal).
- Fluency in any other European languages will be strongly appreciated
Experience
- At least 6 years solid background in Marketing and Customer Relationship Management ideally in a similar industry
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re engagement & retention strategies
- Proven track record of success and achievement as member of Client Service Team. Extensive account management skills based on important national & international clientele
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
- Understanding of the online & offline media as well as Social Media environment
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen, as well as clearly express their ideas
- Strong project management & analytical skills.
- Efficiency in establishing trustworthy relations with clients
- Availability of traveling abroad (within Europe) as well as efficiency in a cross-cultural work environment will be strongly appreciated
