Responsibilities
- Actively contribute in the development of the brand strategy
- Monitoring market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and monitor performance of brands
- Developing and implementing 360 communication plans on the basis of brand strategy
- Leading effectively every element of consumer marketing plan (ATL, BTL).
- Working closely with different functions (Customer Marketing, Sales Organization, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Coordinating S&OP procedure
- Effectively handle budget and brand P&L
- Drive growth through NPD and innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Marketing
- At least three years of relevant experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Computer literate
- Sound knowledge of SAP
- Excellent command of the English language
- Up to 35 years old
- Strong analytical and good reasoning skills
- Consistency, accountability and emphasis on results
- Ability to think cross functionally, join data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions/develop innovative solutions
