Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Brand Manager and work with agencies to develop and maintain brand frameworks for each brand
  • Manage the brand development budget; ensure that all activity is budgeted and delivered within set budget parameters
  • Plan and implement current and future operational marketing plans in accordance with agreed budgets, and guidelines. Communicate these to all relevant departments (Ops, PR, Training, Comms and Finance teams), ensuring that the brand frameworks are communicated to all and are clearly understood, in order to obtain the highest benefit from the marketing plans, internally and externally
  • Develop ideas and work with the Operations to ensure the brands maximize potential in all Stores and develop specific plans where necessary
  • Plan and monitor the budget spend on the brand(s) to maximise brand profitability
  • Execute the brand strategy, brief agencies, and follow up the implementation; analyse the results of the strategy and report results to the appropriate parties
  • Manage external agency activities (design, printing etc)
  • Work closely with marketing research companies to obtain relevant information, including the development and implementation of brand audit studies and focus groups
  • Implement the marketing plans by working with internal and external suppliers to deliver in a timely manner and on budget
  • Coordinate the development of communication materials such as, brochures, packaging and in-store displays
  • Coordinate regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands’ performance
  • Develop design briefs and brief and manage design agencies when appropriate to develop new creative ideas
  • Develop the brand identities (brand mark and brand templates) for each Dixons South East Europe brand ensuring that creative work delivers against brand proposition and customer targets
  • Develop the brand guidelines for each brand, ensuring that brand toolkits and brand books are developed and maintained
  • Develop signage guidelines for each brand and ensure that stakeholders in the Store Design team are applying them correctly
  • Provide guidance on branding to internal stakeholders and suppliers

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Experience in Branding Projects
  • Experience in Trade Marketing
  • Very good knowledge of English Language
  • Creative, energetic, dynamic, hardworking
  • Analytical mind with the ability to identify and properly define cause and effect results
  • Able to focus, prioritise, and thereby competently manage multiple projects and issues concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
