If you like to work with numbers, this is a great opportunity for you! The role is to conduct compensation & benefits’ data analysis, to create reports, to prepare presentations on the key results and to support HR projects, mainly in the Reward practice.
The role will contribute in Aon Hewitt’s Talent, Rewards, and Performance Consulting Practice in the Athens office.
Responsibilities
The focus of the role is to:
- Support in the full cycle of the compensation surveys (e.g. gathering data, analysing, processing, reporting, presenting and communicating)
- Analyze current and forecast future trends in the local and national market in the compensation & benefits area
- Contribute and deliver other clients projects according to standards of high quality and within required budget and timelines
- Assist and manage processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Demonstrate strong, communication skills and maintain good relationships with clients
- Support in delivery of workshops/ presentations in Reward or other relevant areas of Consulting
- Support business opportunities with existing or new clients
- Maintain a broad level understanding of Aon Hewitt’s core businesses and practices
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in the global Aon Hewitt network
- Enhance team efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by sharing and leveraging best practices
- Contribute in carrying out various marketing and PR activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance, mathematics, engineering or economics preferred
- MBA or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics would be an asset
- Knowledge and/or experience in job evaluation, market analysis, base and incentive pay and benefits would be an asset
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the consulting sector
- Minimum of 3 years in compensation & benefits administration and/or statistical analytics
- Excellent command of English language (both oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
