ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a multinational organization, which offers IT solutions, services and consulting and works closely with the European Institutions and their agencies, is seeking for a Business Analyst for its premises in Athens, Greece.
The job holder will be responsible for defining, analyzing and evaluating detailed Business requirements for projects, by working in close liaison with customer stakeholders and other divisions.
Responsibilities
- • Analyzing business models to answer strategic business questions
• Providing assistance in creating Vision documents of products
• Involving in architectural analysis & definition by capturing information visually
• Preparing, writing & maintaining functional requirements
• Analyzing business cases & conducting risk analysis
Qualifications & Skills
- University Degree in Information Technology / Business Administration
- Mandatory 5+ years of previous work experience in IT
- Good knowledge and experience with business analysis tools (modeling tools/project methodologies)
- Excellent knowledge of English at a fluent level
- Understanding or experience in SQL will be considered a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, analyze Big Data & large scale projects
- Fulfilled Military Service for male candidates
