Due to the continued growth of our practice and the growing importance of high-quality analysis necessary for making strategic decisions, we are now recruiting a Business Development Analyst for our Markets & Clients team in Athens.

Responsibilities

  • Researching, analysing, interpreting, and gathering financial quantitative and qualitative data to produce trends analysis and develop forecasts
  • Creating and using various financial modelling techniques to evaluate and monitor trends and business development actions
  • Interpreting complex data and converting them into findings and written management reports
  • Supporting in the presentation of results to management
  • Coordinating closely with other functions and management teams for data collection and analysis
  • Supporting in the setting of metrics and KPIs to drive efficient reporting and decision making
  • Coordinating Account Managers by providing useful insights and analysis on their respective clients

Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university with background in Finance
  • Proven sales and business development analysis experience (1-3 years), with working knowledge of analytics methods and tools (incl. CRM tools)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Highly numerate, with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, both in English and Greek
  • Ability to understand underlying engagement performance issues and red flags in order to interpret and analyse data, based on an understanding of market/sales trends and firm strategic objectives
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients
  • Military services fulfilled for male candidates
