Responsibilities
- Develop and execute appropriate analytic procedures to identify opportunities & resolve problems (Data mining through SPSS Modeller software)
- Create and maintain statistical models and design actionable plans based on these findings
- Design and implement Upsell/Cross-Sell Campaigns- Generate campaign lists
- Identify and analyze key issues through research and improve existing processes
- Monitor KPIs, support project needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality
- Create and update commercial reports
- Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams
Qualifications & Skills
- BSc degree in Statistics or other related discipline. MSc in MBA will be considered a strong asset
- 4 or more years work experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of SPSS Modeller
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and MS Access, is essential
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with other databases will be considered a plus
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Experience in campaign management will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Excellent command of the English language
