Responsibilities
- Drive S&OP process
- Ensure forecast 24 months out to target
- Ensure the reliability and quality of customer promotions and NPD’s in the demand plans by driving S&OP and NPD process adherence.
- Manage the delivery of AOP volumes of BU, actively contribute to building the companywide shared forecast
- Participates in the category teams of the BU to support the development of strong business plans
- Delivers insights to the customer/channel portfolio optimization process
- Lead & coach demand planning (& customer collaboration team)
- Lead and develop customer relationships externally with key accounts and internally with sales teams
- Identify productivity opportunities and collaboration strategies, delivering at least 3 major projects per year
- Ensure improvements are embedded in the processes and in internal and external organizations through the customer relationship program.
- Manage Collaboration projects meeting the needs of customers delivering on higher results in Customer Survey (Advantage Report) and potentially increasing net revenue.
Qualifications & Skills
- Masters degree , preferably within logistics or business administration.
- Service minded / accurate / problem solver
- Strong people manager / team builder / flexibility
- Proven leadership/people and change management skills and supply chain experience (in supply chain for < 8 years)
- Strong business partner
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the various commercial functions, customers, partners, finance and sourcing functions (supply planning / plants)
- Entrepreneurial attitude to drive performance and business growth.
- Solid understanding of IT systems
- Fluent in English
