Responsibilities
The role of eCommerce Manager is accountable for delivering the objectives and business value of corporate website, eShop and Digital Sales.
- Sets the strategy for the web-related digital technology initiatives, focusing on providing the optimum customer experience and digital sales’ growth
- Drives Vodafone’s multichannel strategy by combining customer’s touchpoints with the digital ecosystem
- Responsible for the development of an online product & service roadmap through significant cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Design of key customer journeys related to online experience and conversions
- Owner of website and eCommerce operations
- Owner of eCommerce KPIs related to online traffic, online sales and self-care
- Key tasks include: Overseeing Design and Developments of Website, Monitor web analytics and internal data sources, Design and Execute Roadmaps,
- Incorporate Best Practices, Budget Effectively, Supervise all activities and product development, Work closely with web development and technical teams,
- Prepare reports and analyse conversion numbers
Qualifications & Skills
Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience
- Experience with top CMS platforms like Oracle, Adobe, Sitecore
- Experience with top eCommerce platforms
- Ability to manage cross functional teams of designers, IT etc
- Team player
- Previous experience in a multinational environment and/or eShop will be considered a plus
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- BSc or/and MSc in Business Administration, eCommerce or Computer Science
- At least 5 years previous work experience in eCommerce
- Proven track record of digital sales and strategies to increase conversions
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Project management skills
