Coral A.E., a leading company in the Oil and Chemicals market, member of the Motor Oil Hellas Group, seeks to employ a candidate for its Marketing Department, as an eCommerce Product Executive.
E-commerce product executive ensures optimum execution of the company’s product and campaign strategy. Creates the product categories and product list, monitors the competitor’s prices and proposes tactics accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the optimum execution of the company’s product strategy including product category and range, promotions, price management based on guidelines from the management
- Contacts suppliers in order to present complete proposals/ options for new products and services to the management
- Proposes marketing plans to convert company customer database to e-shop & mobile app users
- Identifies new content and product opportunities, explores ways to repurpose existing content throughout the site and implement changes to the site’s layout
- and content based on website analytics and usability testing by collaborating with IT team
- Monitors the e-shop market and especially companies with similar product range More specifically, monitors product ranges, prices, promotions of competition.
- Develops personalized promotions to attract sales from current visitors, according to the browsing history per user
- Proposes offers to customers through offer initiatives in order to maximize conversion rate and average basket per transaction
- Monitors web analytics (KPIs) & keyword analysis being able to propose on a frequent basis (weekly, monthly) specific ways to increase e-shop visibility on search engines (e.g. google)
- Manages information architecture of the e-shop & mobile app and proposes improvements
- Provides content by writing relevant attractive scripts and relevant presentation of all the products
- Supports and implements new strategic projects within ecommerce
- Supports operational excellence for loyalty based marketing initiatives
- Works & communicates with various teams, organizations & individuals related to the Marketing structure
- Provides tangible & well balanced proposals to senior Management for final approval
- Designs and prepares reports for the senior management
- Prepares all paperwork of the contracts with the suppliers and monitors the execution of the contracts
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Marketing
- MBA will be an asset
- At least 2-year’s experience with e-shop product & content management
- Proven track record & achievements
- Strong business understanding with ability to demonstrate performance with relevant KPIs
- Proficient in English, MS Office, IT literate
- Able to demonstrate required competencies
- Military Service completed for men
- Team spirit
- Excellent analytical skills & ability to understand KPIs progress
- Creative skills to find interesting ways to present information and to generate new ideas
- Be able to lead strategic changes and manage people
