Candidate
The successful candidate will join Entersoft S.A. a pioneering and fast growing business software development company and provider (ISV).
You will have the opportunity to participate in the company’s dynamic growth and be responsible for providing Support Consulting and Training Services to Customers and Partners, reporting to the Support and knowledge Management Director.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing Support Services to Customers
- Providing Support and Consulting Services to Partners
- Providing Training to Customers and Partners
- Troubleshooting system and software issues
- Distilling and documenting Knowledge and Experience Successful candidate profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Economics or Management
- Experience in SQL Technologies or other relational databases
- Experience in Reporting Tools
- Knowledge skills in topics concerning Corporate Accounting & GAAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Very good command of English
- Male candidates should have their military obligations fulfilled.
