KS Sportnet seeks to recruit an enthusiastic growth-oriented marketeer. Our perfect candidate should not be afraid to experiment and fail, but has to learn fast and adapt quickly. Should have a bias towards targeted, performance-driven digital marketing with experience across email, SEO, SEM, and social media. Analytics should be it’s second nature and have had exposure to relevant tools (google analytics, kissmetrics or similar). Our candidate should be focused on results, being a highly proactive self-starter who has succeeded in multiplying customer bases and revenue streams and is looking to take its career on the next level.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, launch and scale data-driven marketing campaigns efficiently and at a high tempo.
- Design and conduct regular marketing experiments, including A/B testing and other forms of testing, to feed in our acquisition, conversion and retention strategy.
- Think of creative ways and engagement tactics to reach new audience.
- Deliver targeted campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients
- Establish regular reporting in relation to all the above and engage-stakeholders across the business to achieve desired outcomes
- Contribute to the evolution and the establishment of our company
- Contribute to the optimisation of our customer lifecycle funnel and evolution of product/market fit
Qualifications & Skills
- Initiative and follow-through on commitments to achieve results
- University degree in Marketing/Business Development/Media.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Excellent use of the English language both oral and written.
- Adept in the use of MS Office.
- Proficient in the use of social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and social media tools (Tweet Maps, Adorer, etc.) as well as good knowledge of Hootsuite and/or Sproutsocial.
- Adept in the use of mass mail software (MailChimp, MooSend, etc.).
- Very good project management skills.
- Adept in the use of Google Analytics and social media reporting tools.
- Good use in the Adobe’s Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator will be considered a plus.
- A creative individual with innovative ideas.
- Ability to travel.
