Trésor Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for hirings for our 12 managed hotels of the company out of the 38 hotels
- Implementation and follow up of company’s recruiting plan & budget
- Responsible for implementation and formating of SOP’s manuals of each hotel
- Measure performance of Employees
- Travelling during summer around the hotels for trainings/interviews/hirings/evaluation
- Guiding Hotel managers for employment administration according to greek law
- Monthly follow up of staff budget for each hotel
