Mavrogenis S.A. is a Greek company that operates successfully for over 25 years in the Αir Conditioning market.
Its successful and profitable operation led the company to an expansion, establishing two new companies: M&T Electronics in Greece and Turkey. Both M&T companies operate in the electronics market, offering unique mobile phones and tablets under the brand name Fluo.
In the framework of our international expansion, we are seeking to recruit an International Marketing Director in Athens.
Responsibilities
- Develops annual Marketing plans, regarding all brands and products for the domestic and international markets, in line with business strategic plans.
- Understands the various international cultural backgrounds and manages to create successful launches and increasing brand awareness.
- Leads an in-house team of Marketing, Digital Marketing and Graphic Designers professionals in Greece and abroad.
- Proposes detailed budget plans for all countries, in accordance to marketing action plans and company targets.
- Coordinates and executes the marketing plan in collaboration with the marketing team, as well as with our international colleagues.
- Creates and manages new market entry strategies for the Brand through market research, data analysis, marketing campaigns, media planning, social media and strategic partnerships.
- Drives interest and passion for the brand by ensuring a competitive advantage to all marketing and events activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Director in middle to large sized Companies.
- Experience in international roles with proven record of successful implementation in foreign markets will be highly appreciated.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration and Master’s degree in Marketing.
- Proficient use of English (written and oral)
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Ability to travel frequently
