Its successful and profitable operation led the company to an expansion, establishing two new companies: M&T Electronics in Greece and Turkey. Both M&T companies operate in the electronics market, offering unique mobile phones and tablets under the brand name Fluo.
In the framework of our international expansion, we are seeking to recruit an International Recruitment Specialist in Athens.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment of top talent in Greece, Turkey and various European and non-European countries.
- Management of multiple different vacancies simultaneously.
- Extended and effective use of all sources of talent recruitment.
- Creation of a prosperous relationship with top talent offices, universities and other sources of candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable Consultant Firm.
- BSc in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or Finance and
- MSc Degree in HR are a must.
- Excellent use of the English language is essential.
Soft Skills
- Multitasking ability and focus on results.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
- Ability to deeply understand candidate’s personality and technical skills.
