Responsibilities
As Junior Brand Manager, you will be responsible within the Marketing team for the development of the brands entrusted to you.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Represent your brand, ensuring strategic directions, excellent equity campaigns and activations.
- Work closely with external (media and creative agencies) and internal partners (Sales, Category Planning, Finance and Logistics) as key contributor in the excellent development and implementation of 360 plans for your brand based on the thorough analysis of all available data.
- Monitor and measure business performance for the specific brand against a set of KPI’s (volume sales, revenue, available profit, advertisement and consumer spending, net contribution, etc.)
- Be a team player in the Chocolate Marketing team, accountable for executing key brands projects and activities.
- Show passion for your brand throughout the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
To qualify for this role, you have to meet the following criteria:
- University degree and MBA or Masters in Marketing or comparable degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and be open to change.
- Excellent communication and proven project management skills.
- Be well organized and independent.
- Be results-oriented.
