QIVOS is searching for a Junior Data Analyst to join its Analytics team and assist in the development of reporting and measurement. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of reporting, analyses and other business intelligence solutions for the company. You will have a key role in helping business users understand, get access to, and integrate data analytics into their day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Use analytical and database skills to develop reports and assist other people taking decisions
- Work with other teams and business owners to define goals, metrics and guide decisions using business intelligence reporting methods
- Perform data cleaning, auditing and troubleshooting
- Maintain existing suite of automated reports
- Create ad-hoc reports to answer business questions or generate data sets
Qualifications
Required skills
- BA/BS degree or proven equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in SQL
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Knowledge of how to extract, clean and manipulate data from multiple sources
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, R)
Preferred skills
- MS in Computer Science
- Experience with reporting tools, such as QlikView – Qlik Sense
- Experience in MySQL – Oracle DBMSs
