As a Junior Scum Master, you will initially study hard & learn everything about the principles of the Scrum methodology, together with the support of your Agile Coach who will lead the way! You will then be responsible for leading software teams by using Agile methodologies where shared responsibility, cooperation and team spirit are valued.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all scrum events. Don’t worry, the Agile Coach will always be by your side!
- Provide daily support to the Scrum Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, driving all people in developing products that exceed customer’s expectation
- Continually develop yourself in the practice of Agile
- Guide the team to deliver continuous improvement by using retrospective feedback and actionable reporting
- Coach the development team on self-organization and cross-functionality, and on creating high-value deliveries
- Together with the Product Owners, establish and maintain a groomed backlog, and promote cooperation and transparency between the Development Teams and the Business
- Ensure development team’s efficient way of working
- Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effective application of Agile methodologies in the organization
- Track team performance and control effective reporting of team´s performance
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, People & Business oriented or similar field
- Being part of a software development team is something that really excites you
- You are passionate to learn about Agile
- You have the ability to work effectively with others
- Your English is so good, people think you are a native speaker
- Your army obligations? Long gone story!
