Requirements
- As a Local Sales Manager you will have disciplinary leadership of the local salesforce.
- You will be responsible to guide, motivate and coach local sales representatives of your team. You will enable and participate actively in the local sales generation and market development activities.
- You will provide input to strategy development and conceptually support and execute sales projects and market launches.
- As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relations to key customers in Greece.
- You will develop new accounts and identify sales opportunities and new profitable business as well.
- Price negotiations will be a part of your job as well and you will support the customers in terms of applications of our products with a collaborative and goal-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- You have minimum 5 years of leadership experience with proven track record in sales or marketing preferably in multinational teams.
- Strong experience in the chemical industry preferably in the detergents industry (industrial & institutional surfactants, detergents, cleaners etc.).
- You have a master degree in business, chemistry or chemical engineering. You are analytical, have a strong commercial approach, like to build and maintain a professional network and you possess strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in Greek and have very good command of written and spoken English as well.
- Flexibility and mobility also belongs to your personality.
