The Marketing Assistant role is responsible for helping establish and execute marketing deliverables. This role will support, develop and maintain sales and marketing materials and tactics that are aligned with the Profile Software marketing plan.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management and ownership of marketing database
- Support of activities pertinent to market intelligence needs, including competitor analysis and market research
- Preparation of marketing communication and public relation material, including drafting of PRs, website pages, powerpoint preparation, articles research and company news drafting, etc.
- Events management from identifying international events to proposing those that best fit the company’s business onjectives
- Social media and online marketing support
- Promotional related material preparation from supplier to proposed actions
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Postgraduate degree in a related discipline - Same level of fluency in Greek and English. French language will be considered a plus. Native English speaking person will be preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing or similar roles in the industry
- Understanding of the financial market and good grasp of figures
- Excellent command of MS Office, Databases, Internet, Market research tools, Analysis tools, Social media, SEO, online marketing tools
- Proven time & project management, communication and prioritisation skills
- Positive attitude towards challenging tasks
- Ability to take initiatives and effectively work as a member of a team
- Deliver results on time and on target
- Good grasp of new technologies
