Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end production process (planning & control) for above and below the line, digital included, marketing communication activities
- Propose annual marketing budget and upon approval, monthly controlling
- Result oriented recommendations for new programs & communication vehicles which upgrade the brand perception and customer perceived value proposition.
- Synergistic collaborating with cross-functional, internal & external teams
- Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines on annual and monthly basis
- Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods to engage consumers as part of fully integrated customer awareness and acquisition campaigns.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines on all marketing materials and activities.
- Maintain and upgrade marketing presentations for stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- BA/MA in Marketing, Communications or related field from a respectable university
- 5+ years of proven working experience in Marketing Communications
- Deep understanding of retail business and preferable fast retail
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills coupled with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting key deadlines
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, and work as part of a team
- Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why your ideas are analytically sound. Must be detail oriented.
- Must have budgeting and account management experience.
